Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tube (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough or biscuit dough
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley (or 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat to prevent the bread bites from sticking and to ensure easy cleanup.
  2. Unroll your pizza dough on a clean surface. Using a pizza cutter or a sharp knife, cut the dough into small, even squares about 1 inch in size. If using biscuit dough, cut each biscuit into quarters.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir well to ensure the garlic is evenly distributed throughout the butter.
  4. Add the dough pieces to the bowl with the garlic butter. Gently toss them with a spatula or your hands until every piece is thoroughly coated in the savory mixture.
  5. Spread the dough pieces out on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer, making sure they are not touching too much. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the bites are golden brown and puffed up.
  6. Remove the pan from the oven. For an extra boost of flavor, you can brush any remaining butter from the bowl over the hot bites. Serve warm immediately.
