Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 4 large flour tortillas (burrito size)
  • 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese or crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 1/4 cup diced celery (for extra crunch)
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine your cooked chicken and the buffalo sauce. Stir well until every piece of chicken is thoroughly coated in the sauce. If you prefer a milder flavor, you can mix a tablespoon of melted butter into the sauce before adding the chicken.
  2. To make the tortillas easier to fold without tearing, warm them slightly in the microwave for about 10-15 seconds. Lay the warm tortillas out on a clean flat surface or a large cutting board.
  3. Spread a tablespoon of ranch or blue cheese dressing down the center of each tortilla. Top with a handful of shredded lettuce, followed by the buffalo chicken mixture. Sprinkle the shredded cheese, diced celery, and red onion evenly across the four wraps.
  4. Fold in the sides of the tortilla first, then tuck the bottom edge over the filling. Roll tightly toward the top to create a secure wrap. Repeat this for all four tortillas.
  5. Use a sharp knife to slice the wraps in half diagonally. This makes them easier to handle and gives them a professional look. Serve immediately while the chicken is still warm.
