Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup high-quality cold brew coffee (concentrate or ready-to-drink)
  • 1 tablespoon apple-flavored syrup
  • 2 tablespoons caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream or half-and-half
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • A pinch of ground cinnamon or apple pie spice
  • Optional: 1/4 cup apple cider for a more intense fruit flavor

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Prepare the Glass – Take your favorite tall glass and drizzle caramel sauce along the inside walls. This not only looks beautiful but ensures every sip has a hint of buttery caramel sweetness.
  2. Step 2: Mix the Coffee Base – Fill the glass with ice cubes. Pour in the cold brew coffee and the apple-flavored syrup. If you are using apple cider for extra tartness, add it now. Use a long spoon to stir the mixture gently until well combined.
  3. Step 3: Create the Caramel Cold Foam – In a small separate bowl or glass, combine the heavy cream and one tablespoon of caramel sauce. Use a handheld milk frother to whisk the mixture for about 30 to 60 seconds until it is thick, frothy, and holds a soft peak. If you don’t have a frother, shake the ingredients vigorously in a small mason jar.
  4. Step 4: Assemble the Drink – Slowly pour the caramel cold foam over the top of the coffee. The foam should sit on top of the liquid, creating a beautiful layered effect before slowly cascading down into the coffee.
  5. Step 5: Garnish and Serve – Finish the drink with a final drizzle of caramel sauce and a light dusting of ground cinnamon or apple pie spice. Serve immediately while the foam is fresh and the coffee is ice cold.
